This CNC steel CR125 exhaust header is rust resistant and much stronger than a conventional Honda 125cc exhaust flange.

The flange features 3 o-rings to ensure a tight seal between the pipe and the flange...  Thus, eliminating the need to use the messy "orange goop" that most of us have come to accept as both a blessing and a curse.

In addition, the backside of the header has been cut for a single o-ring, providing for a superior seal between the engine's cylinder and the exhaust flange.

Any chance of a leaky exhaust joint is further reduced, through the use of 6 pipe-spring hooks that ensure a strong and even pull.

An o-ringed exhaust header is a must, for Honda Moto CR125 125cc 2-stroke motors.  Through our extensive and on-going testing, which includes over 8,000 dyno-pulls between November 2004 and March 2005, we have documented up to a 3% HP loss due to a leaky exhaust joint.
